Returns Policy

You are entitled to cancel any purchase made from us and receive a refund providing you advise us within 7 working days of receiving the products.

Cancelled items should be returned as soon as possible to us at Neale Dataday Ltd., 3 Neale Courtyard, Shannon Way, Canvey Island, Essex SS8 0PD, United Kingdom, with a copy of the original Delivery Note or Invoice. Where possible the original packaging should be used to return items and they should be received by us in a saleable condition.

A full refund will be made within 30 days of your notifying us of your intention to cancel.
